Hello, I'm glad you're here.

I am Monica, founder of Fine Retirement Solutions. I am a Retirement and Companion Coach, a Certified Speaker, Trainer, Coach, and Disc Consultant with the Maxwell Leadership Team. Like many of the women I serve, I've navigated the tender transitions and evolved after confronting and embracing all the challenges that emerge after life slows down.

Before creating this Community, I spent over 20 years working with newborn babies. Through my experience, I have come to realize that the later chapters of life deserve just as much attention as the beginning of life.
